JAA CONTRACT NO. C-776
Sealed bids will be received by the Jacksonville Aviation Authority Administration Building, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218 until 3:00 PM local time, July 24, 2012, at which time they shall be opened in the JAA 2nd Floor Conference Room, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218, for:
LANDSIDE PAVEMENT REHABILITATION
This project includes pavement rehabilitation and resurfacing of landside pavements at multiple locations around Jacksonville International Airport during day and night hours. The repairs include, but are not limited to: Pipe lining, Inlet rehabilitation, approximately 13,350 SY of asphalt milling, installation of over 1,400 tons of superpave asphalt, and installation concrete crosswalks with LED enhanced crosswalk lighting adjacent to the airport terminal passenger pick up area.
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held in the JAA 2nd Floor Conference Room of the Administrative Offices, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218, at 2:00 PM on July 11, 2012.
Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Contract Bonding shall also be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding. Participation in the Disadvantage Business Enterprises Program (DBE) is required. The goal for this contract is Sixteen percent (16%) to be performed by certified DBE firms.
This project will be bid as a single contract. Bid prices may be held for up to 120 days. All bids must be submitted in accordance with Project Manual for Contract No. C-776 which may be examined in the Jacksonville Aviation Authority Administration Building Office, or obtained from:

CD’s may be purchased, by check only, from The LPA Group Incorporated for $25.00 per CD, plus the cost of mailing or overnight shipping, after 2:00 p.m., June 25, 2012. The purchase price for the CD is not refundable. Electronic copies of bid documents will not be provided via email or any other internet based system.
