Proposals will be received by the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) until 2:00 PM (local time), on August 12, 2014, at which time they will be opened at JAA’s Administration Building, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, Florida, for the evaluation, selection and contract award for Landscape Improvements for Jacksonville Executive at Craig Airport (JaxEx).  The work includes site preparation, installation of plant materials, fertilizing, insect and weed control, pruning, mulching and supplemental watering all in accordance with the plans, notes and details in the bid documents.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM (local time), July 29, 2014, in the Executive Conference Room of the JaxEx Administration Building, 855-1 St. Johns Bluff Road, Jacksonville, FL 32225.

All Proposals must be submitted in accordance with Request for Proposals No. 1425-42001-C2013-02, Landscape Improvements for Jacksonville Executive at Craig Airport which may be obtained after 8:30 AM (local time) on July 21, 2014 from www.flyjacksonville.com (click on “Bid Opportunities”).
