Pursuant to ? 286.0113, Florida Statutes, this meeting represents an oral presentation conducted as part of a competitive solicitation process and is, therefore, exempt from the public meeting requirements of Florida law. Nevertheless, a complete recording shall be made of this meeting and any records presented during this meeting shall be preserved, which recording and records are exempt from public disclosure until such time as JAA provides notice of an intended decision regarding the award of this solicitation or until 30 days after opening the bids, proposals, or final replies received, whichever occurs earlier.
