NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE JACKSONVILLE AVIATION AUTHORITY WILL HOLD THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC MEETING VIA TELECONFERENCE:

Pre-Proposal Meeting: Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 9:00 AM (Local Time)

RFP No. 23-05-44202 Fire Protection Panels Alarm and Monitoring, Preventative Maintenance, and

Repair Services for Cecil Airport and Herlong Airport

A Pre-Proposal Meeting and optional site visit will be held at 9:00 AM (local time), Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at the following location: Cecil Airport, 2nd Floor Conference Room, 13365 Simpson Way, Jacksonville, FL 32221.

Immediately following the Cecil Airport site visit, an optional site visit at Herlong Airport will occur at the following location: Herlong Airport, 300 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32221.

Matters to be considered are those matters identified in the agendas for said meeting on file in the office of the Procurement Department, located at 14201 Pecan Park Road South, Jacksonville, Florida 32218, (904) 741-3209, as well as such other matters as the Jacksonville Aviation Authority may determine to be appropriate in conducting its business.
