TheJacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) has instituted the following an electronicsolicitation submission process for the above-referenced solicitation. Questionsregarding this proposal must be received by 5:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, July6, 2021 for consideration.
Statements of Interest will bereceived by the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA or the Authority) until Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 2:00 PM(local time) for Gate Management and BillingSoftware.
This Request for Interest – PilotProject (RFI) is for discovery and information gathering of potential businessclients that have interest in showcasing their software products to JAA. Subject to the responses received from thisRFI, JAA may elect to: 1) negotiate directly if only one response is receivedor only one Respondent is deemed qualified; 2) issue a Request for Proposals(RFP) from all qualified and interested parties, which may or may not beexclusive to those responding hereto; 3) forego issuing an RFP and make anaward hereunder by utilizing a review and process on the submission requirements;or 3) not proceed with the software at this time.
JAA will receive Statements of Interestelectronically via DemandStar.com until 2:00 PM (local time) on Thursday, July15, 2021.

Thissolicitation will be awarded fairly, in accordance with Title VI of the CivilRights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. ?? 2000d to 2000d-4). Title 49 CFR(Part 26 or 23) and/or similar regulations.
