Crew Car information
There is a crew car available for pilots flying into Herlong. The requestors must agree to comply with the following rules prior to receiving approval to use the Herlong Recreational Airport crew car:
• Comply with all traffic laws while using the Herlong Recreational Airport crew car
• Drivers must show proof of insurance and present a valid driver’s license.
• Crew car must be returned within two hours of being checked out
• A minimum fuel purchase of 10 gallons of gas is required with use of the crew car
• The crew car can not be used to travel to any sporting events, gambling establishments, bars or adult entertainment venues
• Any damage to the crew car must be reported immediately to a staff member of Herlong Aviation at 904-783-2805
• Discontinue use of crew car if any signs of maintenance issues arise and contact a staff member at 904-783-2805
