The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) has instituted an electronic solicitation submission process for the above-referenced solicitation:
JAA has determined that a Pre-Proposal Meeting is not required. Questions regarding this proposal must be received by 5:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 for consideration.
JAA will receive proposals electronically via DemandStar.com until 2:00 PM (local time) on Thursday, March 28, 2024.
HAND DELIVERED, MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

This solicitation will be awarded fairly, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4). Title 49 CFR (Part 26 or23) and/or similar regulations.
