HIGH DUSTING AND WINDOW CLEANING SERVICES

JACKSONVILLE AVIATION AUTHORITY
The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) has instituted an electronic submission process for the above referenced
solicitation.
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:30 AM (local time), Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at
Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), 2400 Yankee Clipper Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218. Meet in front of
Southwest Airlines Ticketing Counter. All potential Respondents MUST attend this meeting as a prerequisite to
the submittal of a Bid.

you plan to attend.
Questions regarding this bid must be received by 5:00 PM (local time) on Thursday, August 22, 2024 for
consideration.
JAA will receive bids electronically via DemandStar.com until 2:00 PM (local time) on Wednesday, September 4,
2024.
HAND DELIVERED, MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
