JETWAY PASSENGER BOARDING BRIDGE REPAIR AND PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES

JACKSONVILLE AVIATION AUTHORITY

The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) has instituted an electronic submission process for the above-referenced
solicitation.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit will be held at 10:00 AM (local time), Friday, February 7, 2025 at
the JAA Administration Building, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218. All potential
Respondents MUST attend this meeting and the site visit as a prerequisite to the submittal of a Bid.

As a courtesy and to assist in preparing an attendance roster, please email meghan.miles@flyjacksonville.com if
you plan to attend so that the proper number of van(s) and security escorts can be prepared to transport bidders to the main terminal for the site visit.

Questions regarding this bid must be received by 5:00 PM (local time) on Friday, February 14, 2025 for consideration.

JAA will receive bids electronically via DemandStar.com until 2:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.

HAND DELIVERED, MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
