The JacksonvilleAviation Authority (JAA) has instituted an electronic solicitation submissionprocess for the above-referenced solicitation:
AMandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting andSite Visit will be held 9:30 AM (local time), Wednesday,June 17, 2026.
The meeting and site visit will be held at JacksonvilleInternational Airport (JIA/JAX), 2400 Yankee Clipper Road Jacksonville,FL 32218. Parking is available in the parking garage. Meet in front ofSouthwest Ticket Counter, Departing Flights. Meeting attendees will be limited to tworepresentatives per company and face masks are required inside of the Airport.
All potential Respondents MUST attend this meeting as a prerequisite to submitting aProposal.
Questions regardingthis proposal must be received by 5:00 PM (local time) on Wednesday, June 24, 2026for consideration.
JAA will receiveproposals electronically via DemandStar.com until 2:00 PM (local time) on Thursday,July 9, 2026.
HAND DELIVERED, MAILED,FAXED OR EMAILED PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

This solicitation will be awarded fairly, in accordance with TitleVI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. ?? 2000d to2000d-4). Title 49 CFR (Part 26 or 23) and/or similar regulations.
