The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) has instituted an electronic submission process for the above referenced
solicitation.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and optional Site Visit will be held at 10:00 AM (local time), Thursday,
August 27, 2026, at the JAA Administration Building, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218.

plan to attend.

A tour of the areas will be provided at the close of the meeting. The tour is anticipated to be 1 hour
in duration.

Questions regarding this bid must be received by 5:00 PM (local time) on Thursday, September 3, 2026 for
consideration.

JAA will receive bids electronically via DemandStar.com until 2:00 PM (local time) on Friday, September 18, 2026.
