Southwest just updated their latest schedule, and we’re pleased to announce the return of daily nonstop service from Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) to Las Vegas this summer! Beginning on June 5, Southwest will offer one outbound flight per day (Sunday through Friday), with two outbound flights on Saturday. The service is scheduled through August 6, 2016.

Sunday through Friday Southwest will depart JAX at 8:45 am, arriving in Las Vegas at 10:25 am. The return flight will depart Las Vegas at 5:10 pm, returning at 12:30 am.

Saturdays will see added frequency inbound and outbound. Flights will depart JAX at 8:00 am (arriving at 9:40 am) and 10:40 am (arriving at 12:20 pm), while return flights will leave Vegas at 12:20 pm (arriving at 7:40 pm) and 4:35 pm (arriving at 11:55) pm.

“Nonstop flights from Northeast Florida to Las Vegas have always been incredibly popular,” Jacksonville Aviation Authority CEO Steve Grossman said. “We are happy our community will continue to have a nonstop option to see all the city has to offer.”
