The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) has instituted an electronic submission process for the above referenced

This project has been deemed a 100% Set Aside for certified local DBE and JSEB vendors. Only firms
certified as a Jacksonville Small Emerging Business (JSEB) and/or certified as a DBE in Duval, Clay, Baker, St.
Johns, or Nassau counties may participate as Bidders for this project.
Questions regarding this bid must be received by 5:00 PM (local time) on March 12, 2024 for consideration.
JAA will receive bids electronically via DemandStar.com until 2:00 PM (local time) on March 26, 2024
