The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) has instituted an electronic submission process for the above-referenced solicitation. The leasing opportunity consists of real estate totaling approximately twenty (20) acres, with a minimum lease of two acres. JAA reserves the right to award to multiple or one individual respondent.
An optional Pre-Submission Conference will be held at 2:00 PM (local time), Tuesday, November 19, 2024 via Tele Conference.

Questions regarding this proposal must be received by 5:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 for consideration.
JAA will receive Statements of Interest electronically via DemandStar.com until 2:00 PM (local time) until Tuesday, January 14, 2025 for Aeronautical Lease Opportunity for Taxiway F Parcels at Jacksonville International Airport.
