JACKSONVILLE AVIATION AUTHORITY
The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) has instituted an electronic submission process for the above-referenced solicitation. The leasing opportunity involves an aviation hangar facility totaling approximately 195,576 square feet, including airside ramp area and vehicle parking.
An optional Pre-Submission Conference and site visit will be held 1:00 PM (local time), Thursday, November 21, 2024 at Cecil Airport and Spaceport: 2nd Floor Conference Room, 13365 Simpson Way, Jacksonville, FL 32221.
Questions regarding this RFI must be received by 5:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 for consideration.
JAA will receive Statements of Interest electronically via DemandStar.com until 2:00 PM (local time) until Wednesday, January 15, 2025 for RFI No. 25-07-43101 Lease Opportunity for Hangar 825 at Cecil Airport and Spaceport.
