The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) has instituted an electronic solicitation submission process for the
above-referenced solicitation:

A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM (local time), Thursday, July 17, 2025 at the JAA
Administration Building, 14201 Pecan Park Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32218.

As a courtesy and to assist in preparing an attendance roster, please email meghan.miles@flyjacksonville.com if
you plan to attend.

Questions regarding this proposal must be received by 5:00 PM (local time) on Thursday, July 24, 2025 for
consideration.

JAA will receive proposals electronically via DemandStar.com until 2:00 PM (local time) on Monday, August 11,
2025.

HAND DELIVERED, MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

This solicitation will be awarded fairly, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42
U.S.C. ?? 2000d to 2000d-4). Title 49 CFR (Part 26 or 23) and/or similar regulations.
