The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) has instituted an electronic submission process for the above-referenced solicitation.
An optional Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit will be held 9:00 AM, July 24, 2025 at the following location:

This solicitation will be awarded fairly, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to2000d-4). Title 49 CFR (Part 26 or 23) and/or similar regulations.
