New Employee Parking Payment Options
The Jacksonville Aviation Authority provides many parking options for employees of airlines and tenants working at Jacksonville International Airport.
We are pleased to announce to offer employees the ability to make payments using an online portal. Currently, no service fees, convenience fees or surcharges will be charged for this service.
- Pay your employee parking by credit card, personal check or business check
- Print a copy of your receipt for your records
- Complete your Parking Application online

Non-Based Flight Crew Employees
Non-Based Flight Crew employees (airline flight or cabin crew members who reside in the Jacksonville area, but are not crew-based in Jacksonville), are eligible to park in Economy Lot 1 or Economy Lot 2 parking facilities.
Employee verification will be required to demonstrate eligibility for Non-Based Flight Crew parking.
This program is available to non-based flight crew employees of airlines serving Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) on a scheduled basis.
Permits are valid from January 1 to December 31. Permits are issued to a person and are not transferable.
Rate is $325 annually and is due prior to December 31st of each year.
The first year is prorated for new employees depending on date of issuance.

Non-Based Flight Crew Parking On-Line Application
Non-Based Flight Crew Employees - FedEx and UPS
Non-Based Flight Crew employees of FedEx and UPS (employees who reside in the Jacksonville area, but are not crew-based in Jacksonville), are eligible to park in Economy Lot 1, Economy Lot 2 or Air Cargo Parking Area parking facilities.
Employee verification will be required to demonstrate eligibility for Non-Based Flight Crew parking.
This program is available to non-based flight crew employees of airlines serving Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) on a scheduled basis.
Permits are valid from January 1 to December 31.

Nest Parking (Hourly Garage) for Employees
This program is available to approved active employees of current tenants working at the Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). The JAX ID Badge is your parking pass to access the Hourly Garage Employee Parking Lot.
Permits are valid from January 1 to December 31.
Permits are issued to a person and are not transferable.
Rate is $349.38 annually and is due prior to January 1st of each year.
The first year is prorated for new employees depending on date of issuance.

Employee Parking
This program is available to active employees of current tenants working at the Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). A copy of JAX ID Badge will be required during application process.
The JAX ID Badge is your parking pass to access the
Employee Lot and Economy Lots.
Permits are valid for one year, depending on the time you start employment. Permits are issued to a person and are not transferable. Rate is $60 annually and is due prior to your JAX ID Badge expiring.
