iSupplier Registration Information and Agreement

• In order to do business with the JAA, Suppliers are required to register in the JAA iSupplier Portal. iSupplier is a module of Oracle Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) system that allows vendors (Suppliers) to receive notices of new solicitations, submit electronic quotations for goods and services, view awards, create advance shipment notices and check payment status.

• Once a Supplier submits its registration to JAA, the Procurement Department may take a minimum of five (5) business days to approve the registration. Suppliers will then be provided with a temporary password via e-mail, at the e-mail address used in the registration process. The e-mail address entered during registration by the Supplier will be the Username of the Supplier.

• When a Supplier registration has been completed, please reference the iSupplier Training Guide for instructions( hyperlink to document) on using the features of iSupplier and responding to quote/bid opportunities.

• The following information will be required to complete the registration process:

        • Company’s full legal name, address, phone and fax numbers

        • Taxpayer Identification (TIN) or Social Security Number (Sole Proprietor)

        • W-9 is a required document for new supplier registration

        • Contact name, phone, fax number and email address

• Payment(remit-to) and  mailing address information

• Company’s ownership ethnicity (African American, Hispanic, etc.)

• Other applicable certifications and programs that your company is registered with(i.e. SBE, MBE, WBE, etc.)

• IMPORTANT:Before beginning the registration process, you will be directed to our“ Agreement”. 

Please read this section carefully before continuing with your application.

• You must accept the terms of this Agreement in order to register as a vendor within the JAA Supplier Registration System. If you choose not to  accept these terms you will be unable to register.

• By submitting your vendor registration electronically through this system,  you certify and warrant that you are duly authorized, on behalf of your company to: register your company; file all the information requested in this registration process and enter into this Agreement.

• Also, by submitting this registration, you agree, on behalf of your Company, that your company shall use the registration update functionality of the system to update your company’s registration information whenever necessary to ensure that the registration information remains accurate, complete and current at all times.

• This Agreement shall remain in effect for as long as your company is registered within the JAA Supplier Registration System. All rights are reserved to cancel your company’s registration at any time.

• Click Agree if you agree to terms noted or Cancel if you do not wish to continue at this time.
