New Company Makes Florida debut at JacksonvilleInternational Airport (JAX)
Iris Booth, a Canadian-based photo booth allowing travelers to take, edit and download professional headshots, has opened its first Florida location at JAX.
“The product is essentially a photography studio shrunk down to 20 square feet,” said Sue Siri, CEO/Founder of Iris Booth. “While the photos look like they were shot and edited by a professional photographer, the process is as simple as taking a selfie.”
Iris Booth delivers the control and comfort you won’t find with a traditional photo shoot. Its key feature is a large touch-screen monitor with step-by-step instructions guiding users through the photography process. After a photo is taken, users can retouch the image and within 3-5 minutes share the finished product via text, email and on social media.
Located post-security next to Vino Volo, the Iris Booth offers business and leisure travelers a quick and cost effective way to take a high quality professional headshot. The cost for a single headshot is $20, or six for $25.
“We’re excited JAX is the first Florida location for Iris Booth,” Steve Grossman Jacksonville Aviation Authority CEO said. “Whether you’re in need of a professional headshot, or a new profile picture for Facebook, it is a quick, inexpensive option for all travelers.”
